DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO ADD INFORMATION ABOUT A RENTAL?
No. You can email us the information to info.resteasier@gmail.com. No proof is required if you want us to add a rental and/or update the rental rate. We need proof before you can rate the rental(s)
WILL MY PERSONAL DETAILS BE VISIBLE TO ANYONE?
No. It is completely anonymous to anyone viewing the site
DO YOU KEEP ANY OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
No. The only information we keep is your login details. Please refer to our privacy policy on our web page
HOW CAN MY RATING BE ANONYMOUS?
It is only the ratings that appear and there isn’t a date stamp or any of your login details visible. There is a date stamp for any changes to rent
CAN THE LANDLORD OR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COY RESPOND TO RATINGS?
Yes. However, they need to prove they are the landlord/ property management company. Nothing is posted until we review any feedback
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RATE OR VIEW RATINGS FOR, A RENTAL?
Not for tenants/ flatmates. There is a charge for landlords/ property management companies.
WHAT ARE THE 7 CATEGORIES THAT CAN BE RATED?
- Responsiveness of the landlord/ property coy
- Respect for your privacy
- Information which accurately reflected the condition of the property
- Condition of the inside of the property
- Security - how safe did you feel
- Other Factors – e.g., noisy neighbours, close to public transport?
CAN I EMAIL PICTURES OF THE PROPERTY?
Yes. You can send in one picture which we will load against the property’s address.
DO I HAVE TO BE LIVING AT THE PROPERTY TO SEND YOU INFORMATION?
No, you don't need to be living there. We can update it for you.
WILL YOU SELL MY DATA?
Definitely not! We know what it's like getting spammed when signing up to sites - frustrating when loads of irrelevant emails start appearing in your email.
