Hello. I'm Karen Irving. I've been a tenant and a flatmate in NZ & Aust and experienced rentals where the description may sound good, but how to live in them is a mystery. Just prior to the first lockdown, I'd signed up for a rental. It was damp, cold and expensive to heat. I wanted to know that before I signed up - so RestEasier was created to allow others in NZ & Aust to get a sense of others experiences, plus see the rent increases.

RestEasier ™ is a place where you can rate your rental experience against criteria, giving renters / flatmates insights in how  others experienced living there, including the weekly rent charge & the increases.
